Artistic Director
Born in Liaoning, the Peaceful River in China, Kathy is an artist specialising in oil painting, applying her distinctive impressionist style to a wide array of themes and subjects. Her involvement in the art world dates back many years: in 2012, she established a successful national gallery, before curating a 2013 exhibition on the works of Lun Yun in Beijing. Since then, she has travelled to galleries around the world, hosting a number prestigious and widely attended exhibitions. Among these events was a 2018 exhibition in the United States which invited independent artists to display their work, providing a platform to broadcast their unique voices to art-lovers across the country. More recently, she has been connecting with well-known artists in Germany, preparing to invite them to a future exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere.
Kathy is the driving force behind Black Horse Media and its core mission of showcasing unique voices from around the world. Her expert curation skills lie at the heart of our sales collection and art show offerings. In addition to exhibitions, she is preparing to launch the company’s filmmaking branch, which will provide new avenues for creative expression.
